Gabriela Fuentes Galsim
Allia Discovery Counsel, PC was founded by Gabriela Fuentes Galsim, a California attorney whose practice has spanned management-side litigation and years of working alongside attorneys on both sides of employment disputes.
Gabriela practiced at Fisher Phillips, one of the country's leading labor and employment law firms, representing employers in California employment matters. There, she developed the substantive foundation, litigation judgment, and case analysis that now inform her approach to discovery.
She later built a freelance practice working directly with law firms across a range of matters. That work gave her a close view of what makes outside counsel genuinely valuable: understanding the attorney's objectives, tailoring the approach to the needs of each matter, and delivering work that advances the strategy already in place.
That combination ultimately shaped Allia.
The idea was simple: discovery should not have to compete with everything else requiring an attorney's attention. Allia was built as a dedicated discovery practice for California employment law firms, bringing substantive employment-law experience and litigation judgment to every engagement.
