Gabriela Fuentes Galsim
Allia Discovery Counsel, PC was founded by Gabriela Fuentes Galsim, a California employment attorney whose career has shown her firsthand what law firms need from outside counsel: sophisticated work product, sound judgment, and the ability to step in and add value without adding another layer to manage.
Gabriela began her career at Fisher Phillips, one of the country's leading management-side labor and employment firms, where she trained alongside experienced employment attorneys and represented employers in California employment matters. That foundation shaped the litigation judgment, substantive employment-law knowledge, and attention to detail she brings to every engagement.
She later transitioned to freelance practice, working directly with law firms that needed experienced attorney support across employment litigation, advice and counsel, workplace policies, investigations, and other employment matters. That experience placed her alongside solo and small-firm attorneys managing active practices with lean teams, competing client demands, and workloads that do not always justify or allow for another full-time attorney.
That combination of experience ultimately shaped Allia.
